Business Analyst

Business Analyst | Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a client Salesforce Business Analyst to develop and support a complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solution across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and associated technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous improvements to customer-facing digital platforms using Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Act as key liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Build, test, deploy, and document configuration across the Salesforce landscape
• Project manage and support digital initiatives through to live environment
• Support data activities including analytics, data mining, and AI-enabled solutions
• Work closely with ICT service delivery and security teams
• Provide application support for BAU activities
• Evaluate new Salesforce solutions and technologies as they become available

Requirements

• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a Salesforce environment
• Strong understanding of project management and delivery methodologies
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Logical and analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Degree in ICT or related discipline
• Salesforce Administrator certification desirable
• Agile/Scrum experience desirable
